↩️ Return Period We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.
✅ Eligibility Criteria To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or screenshot)
🔄 Return Process
- WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return
- We'll review and send you return approval within 24 hours
- Pack the item securely and ship it back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective)
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days
💰 Refund Method
- COD orders: Refund via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer
- Online paid orders: Refund to original payment method

📦 Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us on WhatsApp 0316-6515327 within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.
