↩️ Return Period We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. After 30 days, we are unable to process returns or exchanges.

✅ Eligibility Criteria To qualify for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or screenshot)

🔄 Return Process

  1. WhatsApp or email us with your order number and reason for return
  2. We'll review and send you return approval within 24 hours
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back (return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective)
  4. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days

💰 Refund Method

  • COD orders: Refund via EasyPaisa / JazzCash / Bank Transfer
  • Online paid orders: Refund to original payment method

  • Used or damaged items
  • Hygiene products (opened)
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Gift cards

📦 Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us on WhatsApp 0316-6515327 within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or full refund immediately.
